Can I build emails without writing HTML?
Yes. Use the block builder for a no-code layout, or drop in raw HTML — it's sanitized and inlined for inbox compatibility either way.
Can I import my existing subscribers?
Yes, via CSV import with column auto-mapping. Tags and rule-based segments let you target the right audience.
Does it support double opt-in?
Yes. Double opt-in and consent tracking are built in.

What can AI agents do through MCP?
Agents can create lists, import subscribers, draft and build campaigns, send them from your verified domain, and read engagement metrics — the full workflow, over MCP tools that wrap the REST API.
Is there a REST API?
Yes — a versioned /api/v1 with a full OpenAPI document, scoped per tenant with API keys.
What's the difference between the API and MCP?
Same capabilities, different surface: the REST API is for your code; MCP tools expose those operations to AI agents in a model-friendly way.
Do the API and MCP work on every plan?
Yes. API keys and MCP tools are available on Free, Pro, and Scale.
Deliverability
How does deliverability work?
You send from your own verified domain with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configured, plus RFC 8058 one-click List-Unsubscribe. A durable queue handles rate limiting and retries.
What happens to bounces and complaints?
Hard bounces and complaints are automatically suppressed so you don't keep mailing addresses that hurt your reputation.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes — sending from your verified domain is the default, which is what makes DKIM/SPF/DMARC alignment possible.
Pricing & data
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one domain, up to 1,000 subscribers, the builder, and basic analytics.
Is billing enforced during preview?
No. Plans are indicative while we finish billing; you can use the product in the meantime.
Can I export or delete subscriber data?
Yes. GDPR-style export and delete for subscriber data are built in.
